This week, students from 6th Primary, 2nd ESO and 4th ESO have taken part in the Cambridge mock exams at our school. The mock exam for 6th Primary took place last Friday, 23rd January, while students from ESO was on 28th January. These exams have offered students a valuable opportunity to experience a Cambridge test.
It is important to highlight that their main purpose has been to assess students’ current level of English and to help them become familiar with the format, timing and type of tasks used in official Cambridge exams. For many students, this has been their first contact with an external examination, making the experience especially meaningful.
We would like to congratulate all them for the effort, responsibility and positive attitude they have shown during the exams. Facing an exam situation requires concentration and confidence, and our pupils have faced the challenge with maturity. Taking part in this type of assessment helps them better understand their progress and encourages them to keep improving their language skills.
Looking ahead, we would like to encourage students to consider taking the official Cambridge exams in May. Cambridge English qualifications are internationally recognised and provide an objective certification of a student’s level of English. Obtaining one of these certificates is an important academic achievement and a valuable asset for their future studies and professional opportunities.
We would like to wish all the best in their learning journey and, especially, to those who decide to sit the official exams in May. We are confident that this experience will help them cope future challenges with greater confidence and motivation. Well done to everyone!!
